SABA Health Network is redefining modern healthcare by uniting integrative principles with evidence-based medicine. Instead of treating symptoms in isolation, SABA practitioners take the time to understand each patient’s full story — exploring how lifestyle, environment, nutrition, and genetics shape long-term health.
Instead of asking, “What medication matches this diagnosis?” we ask: What systems are out of balance? What stressors are overwhelming the body? What does this individual uniquely need to heal?
The result is care that is proactive, personalized, and designed for lasting change. Not temporary relief. This is true root-cause medicine.
Functional medicine is especially effective for chronic conditions where multiple systems are involved. Rather than chasing symptoms, we identify the underlying imbalances driving disease. Below are six common chronic conditions we frequently support at SABA Health Network. But this list isn’t comprehensive. Schedule a call to discuss your unique situation. We can help!
One of the foundational principles of functional medicine—and of SABA Health Network—is the understanding that the body is not broken. It is adaptive, intelligent, and constantly working toward balance.
Symptoms are not the enemy; they are messages.
When the body is overwhelmed by stress, toxins, poor nutrition, disrupted sleep, or unresolved trauma, it adapts in ways that may produce symptoms. True healing happens when we remove obstacles and provide the right support for the body to do what it is designed to do.
At our functional medicine clinic in Longmont, we focus on restoring communication between systems, improving resilience, and creating an internal environment where healing is possible. This approach fosters long-term health rather than dependency on ongoing symptom management.
Dr. Joshua Conzo has been dedicated to the field of functional medicine since earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2012. His commitment to root-cause care was shaped by personal and family experiences with autoimmune conditions, which revealed the shortcomings of conventional symptom-focused treatment and inspired him to pursue a more comprehensive path to healing.
Dr. Conzo’s areas of clinical interest include autoimmune disorders, endocrinology, functional neurology, fertility, pediatrics, men’s hormone health, gut health, and childhood neurodevelopmental concerns. He is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP) and completed advanced training through Functional Medicine University, where he developed strong expertise in evidence-based testing, clinical nutrition, and integrative therapeutic approaches.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Josh enjoys taking advantage of Colorado’s outdoors with his wife and two young sons. He spends his free time snowboarding, exercising, hiking, enjoying nature, and staying active.
SABA Health Network was founded to bring depth, personalization, and intention back to healthcare. We combine integrative principles with evidence-based medicine, allowing our providers to look beyond symptoms and address the root causes of health—considering lifestyle, nutrition, environment, and physiology to create care plans focused on long-term wellness.
At SABA, we take the time to understand your story, your health history, and your goals. We believe sustainable health requires education, collaboration, and care that evolves as your body changes. By bringing diverse services together under one roof, we create a more connected, streamlined experience for individuals and families—while preserving the time and attention meaningful care requires.
Whether you are navigating chronic illness, hormonal transitions, digestive challenges, or simply want to optimize your health, our team is here to support you with integrity, expertise, and a focus on lasting wellbeing.
